In the exceptional case where any payment would be accidentally accepted by Japan Exquisite's platform system, but the purchased item no more available, the Client will be re-imbursed in full and without delay, unless another alternative (equivalent product) is agreed between Japan Exquisite and the Client.

The currency of prices is the one stated in the description and may not be the currency of your country. We do accept Japanese Yen, USD and Euro.

The seller is responsible until the reception of the item at the provided address. No additional insurance is covering anything about what happens next, and it will be no longer Japan Exquisite's responsibility. ・ Non-delivery cases: In the case the product can not be delivered at the customer's address, due to an incorrectly provided address or non presence/reception by the customer at that address, all shipping fees will be at the customer's costs and deducted from the transaction amount's reimbursement.
