Refund & Exchange Policy
To start this chapter, please do not worry in case of any concern with your items...
Our first goal is Japan Exquisite's Customers satisfaction. So that you can always contact us – we hope – with any reasonable request.
As a general rule, we will not refund any item due to any personal reason. We will do so only if the responsibility of Japan Exquisite is clearly established and agreed. This said, there are always exceptions, and we are open to discussing any case if needed.
Please note that we do not supply mass production products, but rather real artisanal, limited or even unique, handmade, fragile products.
This is making returns difficult by nature, especially in the case that the original package has been opened.
The final products may vary from the description/pictures. Those items are not perfect, and that is what makes each of them special.
If a customer chooses to refuse a delivery, or in the event of non-delivery because no-one can receive the item at the customer address, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping costs if any.
The products will be subject to strict quality inspection and pictured before shipment. In the really rare case that there would be any unexpected defect with the product, or if the product is wrong, we will of course exchange the product at our costs. If such case, it is the Customer responsibility to notify us immediately.
